Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged the full fare.
No-shows are charged the full fare.
If your flight is cancelled, you can cancel at no charge.
Free waiting time: 15 minutes at addresses, 60 minutes at airports, counted from actual landing. We track your flight, so delays are on us.
To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email.
Payment: we save your card when you book and charge it after your ride. Nothing is charged at booking.
Tips are optional. After your ride, your receipt lets you add one with a single tap, on the same card.
